Our Government of Canada client is looking for a Change Management Specialist (Level 2) to support the implementation of a new solution by developing and delivering technical training for the client’s IMS team. The focus is on strengthening curriculum, delivery plans, and materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with client leadership to confirm/refine the technical training curriculum.

Develop comprehensive training delivery plans and schedules.

Create, adjust, and maintain training materials and artifacts for IMS team members.

Support effective knowledge transfer and adoption during solution rollout.
Qualifications

5+ years relevant experience within the last 10 years (demonstrated using a maximum of three projects).

Proven experience in training material development, curriculum design, and instructional delivery.

Strong stakeholder collaboration and project management skills; adaptable to evolving training needs.

Enhanced Reliability security clearance (active or eligible).
