Customer Service Representative –

In this role, you will assist a customer-facing team in providing prompt, professional, and convenient service to clients. You’ll also support back-end operations such as invoicing, data requests, and follow-up communications, ensuring seamless order processing and high customer satisfaction. This position offers flexibility within core hours of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST, with potential for overtime when needed.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of one year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly absorb product knowledge
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with invoicing and data management processes
- Familiarity with CRM or similar customer management tools
- Prior remote work experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least one year of B2B customer service experience in a professional setting
Other Requirements:
- Hybrid work location required; candidates must have an active hybrid working arrangement at one of the following locations: Clayton, MO; White Plains, NY; NYC; Dallas, TX; Madison, WI; Wilmington, DE (must be specified on resume)
- Availability to work during standard business hours, with some flexibility
- Ability to commit to a 6-month engagement with potential for full-time conversion
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime when needed
