- Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan
- Type: Contract

Clover Consulting has a large direct client in need of a Content Operations Associate for their Marketing & Communications group. Job details are below. Qualified candidates, please provide resume. Thank you!
Role: Content Operations Associate
Rate: $24/hr W2
Term: 18 months
Location: On-site in Grand Rapids, MI
Role Overview:
What do we need:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, early in career individual to join Global Digital Asset Management Team and support global operations. As a Content Operations Associate Contractor, you will restore asset integrity across our localized market content, where assets were exported from ADAM, adapted in design tools such as Figma, and re-uploaded without their original metadata. You will locate the original source asset for each localized file, link the localized version to its original, apply the Intellectual Property (IP) and usage rights policies already carried on the original asset, and copy over the full metadata record plus any additional required fields. This is high-volume, repetitive work where accuracy on every field matters more than speed. All work is completed in English.
What’s special about this role:
ADAM is our single source of truth for digital content, and this role is what keeps that promise true. Every asset that enters ADAM without accurate metadata, proper linkage to its original, and the correct IP and usage rights creates real risk: content that can’t be found or reused, rights that can’t be verified, and markets that unknowingly publish assets they aren’t licensed to use. By carrying forward the policies already defined on each original asset, your work directly protects our brand and rights position while making the entire global content library searchable, trustworthy, and reusable. You will build deep, transferable expertise in digital asset management, metadata standards, and content rights, all skills in growing demand across the industry. You will also partner closely with Digital Content Specialists, other Corporate Marketing team members, and global marketing counterparts, giving you broad exposure to how global content gets made and governed.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
0-1 years’ experience in data entry, data management, content operations, or a similar detail-oriented administrative role (internships and coursework considered)
Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail when entering, copying, and validating information across systems, with the ability to sustain quality through high-volume, repetitive work
Comfort working in spreadsheets and web-based systems, and the ability to learn new platforms and follow documented processes and standards consistently
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to track progress across a large volume of individual items and flag issues rather than guess
Skills to be successful in the role:
Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical, process-driven approach to repetitive tasks, with the discipline to apply the same standard to all assets
Comfort working across multiple systems at once, accurately transferring and cross-checking information between an original source record and a new entry
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and web-based content or database systems, and the ability to learn new tools quickly
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage a large queue of individual items and consistently meet deadlines
Sound judgment to recognize when information is missing, inconsistent, or unclear, and the confidence to escalate and ask rather than assume
Proactive, clear communication with partners to resolve questions and unblock work quickly
Curiosity to learn and take feedback, paired with problem-solving instincts to spot patterns, suggest process improvements, and make the work more efficient over time
