Our Financial client in Montreal, is seeking a Credit Card Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation and configuration of PowerCard Platform for Visa Retail products. The role will focus on defining requirements, supporting solution design, and enabling delivery across the credit card ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and define business and system requirements for credit card lifecycle and Visa Retail products
- Support PowerCard platform setup including Visa certification requirements
- Identify requirements across the credit card ecosystem (cash-back, disputes, loyalty, insurance)
- Collaborate with business, architects, and vendor teams to define solution designs
- Support delivery teams by clarifying requirements and resolving design queries
- Develop technical field-level mappings (e.g., credit bureau reporting)
- Contribute to testing activities including test case development and defect resolution
Required Experience:
- 3+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
- Strong background in banking / financial services
- Experience with credit card or retail banking products
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, user stories, and process mapping
- Experience with testing processes (UAT, defect triage, validation)
- Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with PowerCard platform
- Exposure to Visa certification processes
- Bilingual (English/French)
