Job Title: CRM Digital Content Specialist
Contract: W2– Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a W2 basis. We cannot accept candidates requiring sponsorship or those from C2C vendors.
Duration: 6 months with possible multi-year extension/s
Pay: Negotiable
Location: ON-SITE, Grand Rapids, MI; Considering local candidates only

• What’s special about this role:

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will support the strategy, development, deployment, and analysis of CRM campaigns. Business Owners and Customers. It is your job to ensure this happens successfully and in a timely fashion. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, agencies, and the CRM production team.
• Identifying CRM deliverables and managing all aspects of the campaign including planning, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Submitting use cases and other supporting artifacts for review and approval.
• Scheduling creative downloads and updating content briefs.
• Managing creative routing, finalizing proof comments for agency edits, and providing final English HTML for the translation team.
• Conducting in-depth QA of emails in each language, for all American markets, including checking all links, artwork, videos, etc. for proper functionality and market availability.
• Providing insight and explanation to stakeholders on CRM platform capabilities.
• Tracking campaign progress (activities, milestones, deliverables) and the estimation/re-estimation of work as necessary.
• Sending final CRM creative to internal stakeholders for reference.
• On-call support for end-of-month email communications to the field.
• On-call support 24/7 to coordinate urgent communications per established protocols
• Backup for the email coordinator.

Required qualifications:
• AA/AS, BA/BS Marketing or equivalent certification in Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Communications or a related field
• Basic knowledge of CRM.
• Ability to resolve routine problems.
• Ability to perform tasks and support projects under close supervision.
