Rate: $38/hr W2
Term: 6 months with extensions

As a CRM Digital Content Specialist, you will be fully dedicated to supporting the North American CRM team and driving our strategy forward. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Partnering with CRM Strategy to assess campaign feasibility and provide input to technical requirements, campaign blueprints, and customer journey designs.
Creating and validating audience segmentation, targeting rules, triggers, personalization logic, and dynamic content using customer and behavioral data.
Developing, editing, and maintaining HTML email templates and campaign assets provided by internal teams and external agencies.
Utilize Jinja, SQL, and CRM platform capabilities to deliver personalized customer experiences and automated marketing journeys.
Manage campaign production schedules and content delivery timelines in alignment with business priorities and published marketing calendars.
Utilize project management and workflow tools (Jira, Confluence, Workfront, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams) to manage campaign requests, production activities, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Perform end-to-end quality assurance, including audience validation, content review, rendering tests, tracking verification, and journey testing to ensure production readiness.
Build, configure, test, and deploy multi-channel CRM campaigns in Bloomreach Engagement across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WebLayers, and other digital channels serving customers.
Monitor campaign deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and support urgent communications, outages, and reactive messaging needs across channels.
Provide production support and knowledge sharing across global and regional teams, including backup support, process documentation, and onboarding assistance for new team members.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign operations, automation, production workflows, and overall CRM execution efficiency.
Demonstrate agility and adaptability by providing support across production, project management, and business analyst functions as business needs require.

Required qualifications:
BA/BS in Computer Science/Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
3 years of related experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or CRM.
Ability to work onsite 9 am-5 pm Monday – Friday.
Experience with Bloomreach Engagement or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Jinja and Dreamweaver.
Experience with email development, template editing, and responsive design principles.
Knowledge of customer data platforms, segmentation, personalization, marketing databases, and backend data systems.
Experience executing campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WebLayers (web modals), and other digital channels.
Experience with eCommerce platforms and digital customer experiences.
Proficiency with Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Workfront, Monday.com, and Dreamweaver.
Understanding of digital marketing principles, customer journey orchestration, and marketing automation best practices.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and quality assurance skills
