What You’ll Do:
- Prepare, submit, and manage a high volume of licensing applications, including renewals and amendments, across diverse industries.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure timely processing of filings and resolve any roadblocks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of process changes, supporting continual improvement.
- Support team members during peak workloads and PTO periods, ensuring project continuity.
- Contribute to additional tasks such as account audits and office support during busy mailing seasons.
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with government agencies and colleagues effectively.
- High level of tact, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive data.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF, and other Windows-based tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric mindset.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in licensing or government filing environments.
- Familiarity with data entry, account audits, or administrative tasks related to licensing processes.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative setting.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, licensing, or administrative support preferred.
Other Requirements:
- 100% onsite role, with potential for extension or conversion based on performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to evolving priorities.
