Myticas's direct client, based in USA, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a hybrid contract to hire position.

Flexibility: Ability to work a standard 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST shift with slight flexibility and willingness to work overtime when required.

TOP Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience: A minimum of one year of Business-to-Business (B2B) client/customer service experience is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Soft Skills: * Strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a professional environment.
  • Ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and process information to apply to client needs. 

Job Description:
This position provides essential support to customer-facing teams to ensure the delivery of prompt, professional, and convenient service to assigned clients. While the initial contract is 100% remote, this role is designed with the goal of conversion to a Full-Time Employee (FTE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Assist the customer-facing team in delivering high-quality service to a dedicated client base.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage critical back-end operations, including invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients.
  • Order Management: Proactively manage the end-to-end order process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Information Processing: Quickly absorb complex product knowledge and apply it to meet specific client needs.
