Customer Service Representative (Corporate Support Assistant)
Pay Rate : $20/hr- $22/hr on W2
Overview
Are you detail-driven, service-minded, and ready to support important business filings from start to finish? In this Customer Service Rep role, you’ll help coordinate corporate document retrievals, client estimates, and order fulfillment within a corporate and registered agent environment. While you’ll primarily work behind the scenes with internal teams, you’ll also support customers through phone and email communication when needed. If you’re organized, adaptable, and proud of getting things right the first time, this is a great place to grow your customer service career.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Professional customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and handle priorities effectively
- Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating software tools
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong reliability with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate as a positive team player
- Basic understanding of corporate services (or strong willingness to learn)
Nice to Have Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in corporate services or the registered agent industry
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Experience responding to vendor requests or resolving inquiries via phone and email
- Familiarity with corporate filing workflows (names, reservations, amendments, annual reports, etc.)
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and/or 1–2 years’ experience in corporate services or the registered agent industry
