Myticas's direct client, based in USA, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a hybrid contract position.
Pay Rate: $18-19/hr
NOTE: W2 only!
- Hybrid–open to White Plains, NY; Glastonbury, CT; Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Madison, WI; Clayton, MO; or Wilmington, DE—office location required on resume to be considered. Shift: 8am-6pm in the respective time zone. 40 hours per week with potential for OT as needed. Potential to convert.
Job Description:
Assist customer-facing team to deliver prompt, convenient, and professional customer service to assigned clients. Assist team with back-end tasks, such as but not limited to, invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients. Proactively manage order process. Ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and process information to apply to client needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customer-facing team to deliver prompt, convenient, and professional customer service to assigned clients
- Assist team with back-end tasks, such as but not limited to, invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients
- Proactively manage order process
- Process information and apply it efficiently to client needs
- Work 40 hours per week with potential for OT as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of one year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience is highly preferred
- Ability to absorb product knowledge quickly
- Strong analytical skills, along with excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
