Our Client is undergoing a major banking technology implementation and requires an experienced Deployment Lead to drive and execute deployment activities across multiple phases. This role ensures smooth production and non-production event coordination, environment readiness, and cross-team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment planning and execution for large-scale technology initiatives.

• Manage complex schedules, plans, and readiness activities.

• Oversee production and non-production events, including extended or weekend hours when required.

• Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams.

• Ensure environment management activities and transitions run smoothly.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps; escalate and resolve issues promptly.

• Support all major practice and production events throughout the project lifecycle.
