  • Experience evaluating and selecting enterprise e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong background integrating e-commerce solutions with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Expertise designing end-to-end order management and fulfillment workflows.
  • Experience with Sana Commerce implementation and architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of ERP-to-e-commerce integration strategies.
  • API-driven architecture and integration design experience.
  • Experience designing customer, product, inventory, pricing, and order synchronization.
  • Strong solution architecture and technical design capabilities.
  • Experience with configurable products and complex product catalogs.
  • Knowledge of omnichannel commerce and customer experience platforms.
  • Experience creating architecture roadmaps and solution blueprints.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Manufacturing and furniture industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to support platform selection, solution design, implementation planning, and future delivery activities.
