Our Montreal-based banking client is seeking an experienced French-speaking Functional Analyst to support a major organizational integration program. The consultant will work with Product Owners, business partners and IT teams to translate business needs into functional solutions across applications, integrations and end-to-end processes.
This engagement requires three days onsite per week in Montreal.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into functional solutions and deliverables.
- Define, plan and execute functional analysis activities.
- Lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Perform impact assessments across application functionality, system integrations and end-to-end processes.
- Gather, document and maintain functional, non-functional, informational and transitional requirements.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Define functional test scenarios and support functional testing and UAT.
- Support operational readiness, transition and Agile delivery.
- Contribute to AI-enabled improvements in requirements analysis and documentation.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Fluency in French.
- Based in Montreal and able to work onsite three days per week.
- Banking industry experience.
- Content-management experience involving DocuSign, CMOD or FileNet.
- Strong functional requirements gathering and documentation experience.
- Experience with application functionality and systems integration analysis.
- Experience facilitating business and technical workshops.
- Experience supporting functional testing, UAT and solution assessment.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
