What You Will Do:
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders within our order entry system
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to fulfill orders efficiently
- Support inventory checks and report any discrepancies
- Maintain operational records and documentation
- Assist with demand planning under supervision
- Respond to basic customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support team operations
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in using order entry and management software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Basic customer service understanding and skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Organizational skills to maintain documentation and records
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse, or administrative setting
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Basic knowledge of supply chain operations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Minimum high school diploma; associates degree in a relevant field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in the legal or a related field is preferred but not required
Other Requirements:
- This is a 100% onsite position
- Availability to work up to 5 hours of overtime as needed
- Flexibility for potential extension of the assignment
