Myticas's direct client, based in St Cloud, MN is currently seeking a Fulfillment Associate for a 100% On-site contract position.

Pay Rate: $18-21/hr on W2!

NOTE: Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with UCC, mortgage, or commercial banking is highly preferred.

Job Description:

This role involves assisting customers and vendors with order fulfillment, document retrieval, and jurisdictional filings. You will be responsible for performing searches, preparing documents, and providing consultative support on service offerings while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
