Our client is seeking an experienced Graphic Recorder to support executive and leadership strategy sessions by translating complex discussions into compelling visual stories, illustrations and strategic maps in real time.
The ideal consultant combines strong graphic recording and visual facilitation skills with corporate business acumen, and can quickly synthesize discussions involving strategy, transformation, operations, innovation, organizational design and business planning.
Responsibilities
- Attend executive and leadership strategy sessions and workshops
- Visually capture and synthesize discussions in real time using graphic recording techniques
- Translate complex business concepts into clear and engaging visual representations
- Capture key themes, insights, decisions and action items
- Create visual summaries supporting alignment, communication and decision-making
- Refine and deliver polished post-session visuals for presentations and executive communications
Required Qualifications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic recording, visual facilitation and business storytelling
- Approximately 5+ years supporting corporate strategy sessions preferred
- Exceptional listening, synthesis and visual communication skills
- Strong corporate/business understanding
- Ability to work effectively with executive and leadership audiences
- Big Four consulting or similar professional-services experience preferred
Important: Quality of work, style and business understanding will be prioritized over years of experience. Portfolio submission is mandatory.
Engagement Details
- Approximately 4 strategy sessions per year
- Typical sessions: 4–8 hours over 1–2 days
- Approximately 1–2 additional hours of preparation/post-production per session
