Our Client in Montreal, QC, 

Our client is seeking an experienced Integration Management Office (IMO) Manager to support a large-scale banking integration program. The successful candidate will work across multiple workstreams to drive coordination, governance, and execution within a complex, fast-paced delivery environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day IMO activities across multiple integration workstreams
  • Drive program governance including status reporting, RAID management, and executive updates
  • Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder meetings and integration forums
  • Manage interdependencies across business, technology, and corporate functions
  • Support planning and execution of critical integration milestones and delivery phases
  • Ensure alignment of timelines, deliverables, and overall program objectives
  • Prepare structured executive-level communications and reporting

Required Experience:

  • Strong experience delivering large-scale banking or financial services programs
  • Background in integration management, program management, or governance
  • Proven ability to operate within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination capabilities
  • Excellent communication and executive reporting skills
  • Highly organized with a structured problem-solving approach
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving delivery environments
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is mandatory
