Our client is looking for a Lead Azure Cloud Integration & Automation Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade Azure cloud integration solutions. This role will provide technical leadership across cloud architecture, integration services, and automation frameworks, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of integrated Azure cloud solutions aligned to business objectives

• Oversee deployment, optimization, and maintenance of Azure services ensuring scalability, availability, and security

• Manage and integrate Azure services including Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Event Hub, Event Grid, and Service Bus

• Collaborate with development, operations, security, and business teams to align cloud strategies

• Define and enforce Azure governance, best practices, and compliance standards

• Monitor cloud performance, cost optimization, and resource utilization

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on Azure integration and automation strategies

• Support vendor coordination and engage with Microsoft support where required

• Prepare status reports, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations for stakeholders

Required Experience

• Strong experience leading Azure cloud integration and automation initiatives

• Hands-on expertise with:

  • Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management

  • Event Hub, Event Grid, Service Bus

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

  • ARM Templates, Terraform, or Azure CLI

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration:

  • Kubernetes / Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

• Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices and tools

• Experience working in enterprise, multi-stakeholder environments

Nice to Have

• Azure Data Factory experience

• Experience with large-scale cloud transformation programs
