Job Title: Web Content Designer / Web Content Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 4 days onsite & 1 day remote)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract (possible further extension)

W2 Contract ONLY

Myticas' direct client, based in Chicago, IL, is currently seeking a Web Content Designer / Web Content Analyst to join their team.

Job Summary
The selected candidate will manage the client's external online content, including public-facing and third-party websites where the bank maintains a presence. This role partners with business stakeholders to understand content needs, recommend appropriate tools and processes, and support the development and execution of the organization's web content strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in public-facing website content development or web content management.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
  • Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS); Sitecore experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Sitecore CMS.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, React, UX/UI design principles, and web analytics tools.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or financial services websites is a plus.
