Required Skills:
- Associate's degree from an accredited institution and/or at least one year of customer service experience in a busy, multi-tasking setting
- Familiarity with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, or commercial banking is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with excellent data entry skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work overtime if necessary to meet deadlines
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with jurisdictional filings or document retrieval processes
- Previous background in document preparation, recordings, or legal/compliance environments
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to financial transactions or legal documentation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- An associate’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- At least one year of experience supporting customer service initiatives in a fast-paced setting

- This position is 100% onsite, with potential opportunities for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs
