OFFSHORE-Senior US Recruiter (100% Remote | US Shift)
We’re looking for a Senior Offshore US Recruiter who knows how to own hiring end-to-end, build strong pipelines, and engage confidently with US clients and candidates.

This is not a volume role; we’re looking for someone who values quality, communication, and cultural fit as much as closures.

Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle US recruitment (sourcing → offer)
Source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed
Screen for skills, communication, and cultural fit
Work closely with US stakeholders across time zones
Drive a strong candidate experience and pipeline

Qualifications:
3+ years of US recruitment experience (mandatory)
Comfortable working US night shifts (IST)
Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099 hiring
Excellent communication skills.
High ownership, speed, and attention to detail
