Myticas's direct client, based in Rd Enid, OK, is currently seeking a Part Time English Teachers/ESL Instructor for a on-site contract position.

Specific Shift Start/End Times:
Monday & Wednesday: 4:30PM – 6:30PM at 54th St Enid Plant Thursday & Friday: 4:30PM – 6:30PM at Enterprise Enid Plant (Optional) Tuesdays: 12:00PM – 1:00PM (Times subject to change as needed)  

Please Note: This position will provide classes at 3 separate locations in Enid, OK ONLY (4929 E Willow Rd Enid, OK 73701 or 5110 Enterprise Blvd Enid, OK or 73701 201 S Raleigh Rd Enid, OK 73701). Other positions at other sites will be released as needed.

1. Role Overview:
6-10 instructional hours per week in a client facility teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) and/or English for Specific Purposes (ESP) courses for frontline team members.

Job Responsibilities:
· Materials development associated with courses taught
· Attendance at Upward Academy partner meetings
· Attendance at all faculty meetings and trainings
· Attendance at recruitment events and culminating activities
· Grading and record-keeping

Required Qualifications:
· Knowledge of teaching strategies and methods including grammar, reading, writing, and listening/speaking
· Native fluency and good command of written and spoken English  

Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in English, teaching, or related field
· TESOL certificate
· 3 years teaching experience in ESL adult education
· Strong classroom management skills, organizational and planning skills, ability to give clear, concise directions and explanations
· Proficiency in a second language
· English for Special Purposes (ESP) experience (e.g., Economics, Business, Computers, Engineering, etc.)
· Cross-cultural sensitivity
· Excellent technology application skills and experience
· Strong interpersonal relations
