Pay range: $30/hr W2 to $35/hr W2
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Accounting Operations Support/Specialist to join our dynamic team in a fully Remote, temporary capacity.
As an integral part of the payroll operations crew, you will support ongoing payroll processes, system management, and data analysis to ensure seamless and accurate payroll delivery.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in payroll systems, reporting, and process improvement, dedicated to precision, excellent customer service, and analytical problem solving.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll operations or accounting roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Proven expertise with ADP GlobalView payroll systems
- Working knowledge of Workday HCM, including reporting and time/absence management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to develop and maintain clear process documentation
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with payroll interfaces, integrations, or data feeds
- Familiarity with automation and reporting tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Python, or Microsoft Copilot
- Prior involvement in payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end activities
- Experience supporting system implementations or business integrations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 5 years supporting payroll operations, reporting, or related functions
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and process improvement projects
Other Requirements:
- This position is remote, with no travel required
- Eligibility to support payroll operations and system troubleshooting
