Our Montreal based Finance client has recently completed the acquisition of another company and is mobilizing a Technology & Operations workstream to support integration activities. This workstream manages high-volume, variable tasks requiring strong organization, responsiveness, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines.
The Project Administrator will support onboarding/offboarding, event coordination, resourcing, invoicing, and general program administration under the supervision of the Delivery Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Offboarding

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding/offboarding for EY and non-EY resources.

Prioritize urgent access requests, schedule provisioning, and support security checks.

Ensure onboarding materials are up to date; respond to access, travel, and logistics questions.
Event & Logistics Coordination

Book rooms for client and EY travel events.

Coordinate building access, Wi-Fi, and guest registration for non-EY participants.
Program Administration

Prepare weekly “Wins of the Week” updates.

Support recognition initiatives and assist with status reporting.
Resourcing & Invoicing

Maintain accurate resourcing sheets, hour forecasts, and cost rates.

Manage subcontractor invoice submissions and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Administrative experience supporting multi-team environments.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage shifting workloads.

Proficiency with Excel.

Experience managing requests, tracking systems, and documentation.

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and communication skills.

Bilingual (English & French) strongly preferred.
