Our confidential banking client, in Toronto, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a complex, multi-stream integration program. This HYBRID role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and third-party stakeholders and requires a strong technology delivery background with the ability to engage confidently in technical discussions.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery planning across multiple business streams
- Manage requirements intake and cross-functional dependencies
- Lead program governance including RAID management and executive status reporting
- Coordinate planning activities across APIs, ETL processes, Kafka, and AWS environments
- Ensure user stories are appropriately defined prior to sprint execution
- Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery risks and blockers
- Drive collaboration across business, technical, and vendor teams
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of Project or Program Management experience within technology delivery environments
- Proven experience delivering system integration initiatives involving APIs, ETL, and event-driven architectures
- Ability to understand architecture diagrams, API specifications, and technical documentation
- Strong risk, dependency, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Banking or financial services experience
- Exposure to AWS services, Kafka, and data pipeline delivery
- Experience managing third-party vendors and external delivery partners
