Technology Implementation Consultant

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in business systems analysis and technical consulting
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
- Ability to understand and document complex business and technical requirements
- Experience with data mapping and system configuration
- Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to identify and recommend alternative solutions
- Ability to work independently on multiple engagements with minimal supervision
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of financial systems or banking software solutions
- Experience with software testing, analysis, and development lifecycle
- Familiarity with integration processes and technical troubleshooting
- Previous experience supporting software implementations in a client-facing role
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, consulting, or implementation roles involving software integration, preferably within the financial sector
