Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • Strong foundational knowledge of electronics, including active and passive components
  • Ability to understand schematics, system architectures, and application requirements
  • Comfortable engaging directly with engineers and technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage territory, accounts, and priorities independently

Preferred

  • Experience selling or supporting semiconductors, electronic components, or embedded technologies
  • Background in technical sales, field applications, pre-sales, or design engineering
  • Familiarity with design-in sales cycles and long qualification timelines
  • Experience working with manufacturers, distributors, or manufacturer’s representatives
  • Exposure to verticals such as industrial, automotive, communications, medical, or IoT
