Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote

Clearance: Active Tier 2 GSA Clearance Required

Experience Level: Entry Level (1-3 years of experience)

Key Responsibilities

● Declarative Development: Build and maintain automated workflows using

Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields to streamline contact

center processes.

● UI/UX Support: Assist in creating and updating user interfaces within Service

Cloud and Experience Cloud to ensure a seamless experience for both agents

and citizens.

● Code Maintenance: Write and debug basic Apex classes, triggers, and

Lightning Web Components (LWC) under the supervision of senior developers.

● CTI Support: Assist in the configuration of Service Cloud Voice settings and

basic Amazon Connect contact flow updates.

● Data Quality: Perform data loads and clean-up activities using Data Loader or

Data Import Wizard to ensure the integrity of contact center records.

● Testing & Documentation: Execute unit tests, participate in User Acceptance

Testing (UAT), and maintain technical documentation for new features.

● Rapid Prototyping: Lead zero-to-one engineering cycles, developing proofs-of-

concept (POCs) directly on IRS infrastructure to validate technical feasibility.

● Technical Troubleshooting: Conduct deep-dive debugging of multi-system

failures, addressing issues like agent hallucinations, grounding gaps, and

orchestration failures.

Required Qualifications

● Clearance: Must hold an active Tier 2 GSA clearance.

● Technical Proficiency: Novice-level skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components

(LWC), and JavaScript, with a strong background in software design principles.

● Certifications:

○ Required: Salesforce Platform Developer I

● Government Standards: Familiarity with federal security standards, including

Section 508 compliance and sensitive data handling protocols (e.g., FTI).
