Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Solution Architect to support a long term large-scale financial services transformation initiative focused on lending solutions.

The successful consultant will provide senior architecture leadership, review and guide solution design decisions, and partner with delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure, and enterprise-aligned Salesforce FSC implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Financial Services Cloud architecture across data, integration, and application layers
• Provide architecture guidance and apply Salesforce FSC best practices within banking, lending, or financial services environments
• Design end-to-end solutions supporting complex lending processes including:
  • Application intake
  • Analysis
  • Authorization workflows
  • Amendments and lifecycle processes
• Review and challenge architecture decisions to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Define integration strategies including API-led and event-driven architectures across enterprise platforms
• Support integrations with document management platforms, external services, and enterprise systems
• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and Salesforce ecosystem best practices
• Participate in architecture reviews, governance forums, and solution decision-making
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, technical teams, vendors, and system integrators
• Ensure alignment with data governance, security, compliance, and enterprise architecture requirements
• Advise business and technology stakeholders on scalable Salesforce FSC solutions

Required Experience & Skills

• Senior Salesforce Solution Architect experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions within:
  • Banking
  • Financial Services
  • Lending / Loan Origination Systems (LOS) environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, integrations, security, and architecture patterns
• Experience defining API-led and event-driven integration strategies
• Ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor with minimal supervision
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with implementation partners and enterprise architecture teams

Nice to Have

• Located in Montreal
• French communication skills
• Financial investment industry experience
• Salesforce certifications

Additional Details

• Manager/Senior Manager level consultant preferred
• Must be located in Canada and able to support EST business hours
• Remote engagement
•  Timeline: Starts from Mid July or latest from beginning of August. Works 50% per week, means 20 hours (part time) in August and Sept, will possibility of turning into full time from October.
