We are seeking an SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant to support a government implementation of SAP Fieldglass, including solution enhancements and functional delivery. This is a leadership-focused functional role overseeing end-to-end workstream activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SAP Fieldglass functional workstream on a major government program.

  • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and define future-state processes.

  • Develop configuration documentation and functional design workbooks.

  • Partner with technical teams during system build and integration.

  • Drive and coordinate bilingual (EN/FR) UAT cycles.

  • Support training development, change management, and adoption planning.

  • Provide post–go-live support and hypercare.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience as an SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant / Workstream Lead.

  • Experience with government projects or regulated environments is an asset.

  • Ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end functional activities.

  • Strong knowledge of Fieldglass modules, configuration, and procurement processes.

  • Excellent documentation, communication, and leadership skill
