Our client is seeking a Senior Automation QA Engineer to join a high-profile enterprise program. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, developing, and executing automation strategies across web, mobile (iOS/Android), and API platforms within a complex integration environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Cucumber (BDD), Maven, and TestNG
  • Build and maintain automated test suites for web, mobile, and API testing
  • Perform hands-on functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  • Execute API testing using REST Assured, Postman, or SOAP UI
  • Collaborate with development, architecture, and product teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
  • Support release management, defect tracking (JIRA), and test reporting

Required Experience:

  • 7+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on automation engineering
  • Expert knowledge of Java, Selenium/Playwright, Appium, Cucumber (BDD), Maven, and TestNG
  • Strong experience testing web, mobile, and APIs
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and AWS environments
  • Strong SQL and backend validation skills
  • Agile delivery experience in enterprise environments

Nice to Have:

  • Banking or financial services experience
  • Experience building automation frameworks from scratch
  • Performance or non-functional testing exposure
