Our client is seeking a Senior Change Management Advisor specializing in Agile Transformations to support a large-scale organizational and digital transformation initiative. This role will partner with leadership to strengthen governance, accelerate organizational adoption, and maximize the success of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
This is a strategic consulting role requiring extensive experience leading change management activities within Agile environments.
Please Note: This engagement is conducted entirely in French. Candidates must be fully fluent in spoken and written French.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies supporting Agile transformation initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, organizational readiness assessments, and competency development analyses.
- Develop enterprise change management roadmaps aligned with Agile deployment strategies.
- Coach and support executive leadership and management teams through organizational change.
- Develop training strategies, learning materials, and adoption plans.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations related to change management initiatives.
- Partner closely with business leaders, Agile teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience applying Agile frameworks, Agile coaching, or Change Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience specifically supporting Agile Transformations through Change Management.
- Within the last five years:
- Served as a Senior Change Management Advisor specializing in Agile supporting managers across engagements totaling at least 440 person-days.
- Experience must include engagements meeting the following:
- Minimum 220 person-days per engagement.
- Minimum personal contribution of 60 person-days per engagement.
- Large enterprise organizations.
- Experience producing one or more of the following deliverables within Agile environments:
- Change Management Assessments
- Stakeholder Analysis
- Organizational Readiness Assessments
- Change Management Strategies
- Enterprise Change Roadmaps
- Leadership Coaching Plans
- Training Strategies & Materials
- Executive Committee Reports & Presentations
Preferred Experience
- Large enterprise digital transformation programs.
- Organizational transformation initiatives.
- Executive stakeholder engagement.
- Agile transformation programs.
- Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification is considered an asset.
Language Requirement
Fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
All project work, meetings, documentation, workshops, and deliverables will be conducted in French.
