Our Montreal based client is seeking a Senior EBX Developer for a long term HYBRID contract. The successful candidate will support a Master Data Management (MDM) engagement focused on consolidating and rationalizing multiple data sources to establish a unified member and account view.

The successful candidate will play a key role in customizing and enhancing the Tibco EBX platform while translating business requirements into structured technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize solutions within Tibco EBX

  • Support MDM initiatives involving data aggregation, cleansing, and harmonization

  • Translate functional requirements into technical design and execution plans

  • Lead data modeling activities and support data governance objectives

  • Act as technical lead where required, guiding development activities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Required Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Tibco EBX

  • Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) environments

  • Strong data modeling expertise

  • Ability to independently break down requirements and execute efficiently

  • Experience operating in a technical lead capacity

Nice to Have

  • Bilingual (French/English) – asset

  • Experience working with francophone stakeholders
