We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist who can step in quickly and make an immediate impact within a fast-paced corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, operationally focused, and involved across the full employee lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing day-to-day HR operations while partnering with leaders and employees across the business.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and people leaders.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
- Process employee transactions including:
- Job changes
- Promotions
- Transfers
- Status changes
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation.
- Prepare employment documentation, including offer letters and HR correspondence.
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Support managers with routine employee relations matters and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Assist with performance management processes and organizational changes.
- Partner with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and other HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support HR programs, projects, reporting, audits, and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with employment legislation and internal governance standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
- Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and HR best practices.
- Experience with:
- Employee onboarding
- Benefits administration
- Employee changes
- HR administration
- Offer letters
- HR documentation
- Experience using HRIS platforms such as:
- Workday
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Oracle HCM
- BambooHR
- or similar systems
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
- CHRP, CHRL, CPHR, CIPD, or equivalent HR designation.
- Experience in the technology sector.
- Shared Services or HR Service Delivery experience.
- Jira or other ticketing system experience.
- Experience supporting global or geographically dispersed workforces.
- Exposure to Global Mobility or employee relocations.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity.
