Senior Salesforce Developer (Public Trust Clearance)
Project Duration: ASAP to 10/30/2026
Clearance / Public Trust: Public Trust (can start without public trust in place)
USC Only
Pay Rate: $80 on 1099. We are not working with C2C Vendors on this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions in support of the SBA Contact Centers project.
  • System Integration: Build and maintain integrations between contact center platforms, CRMs, databases, and third-party APIs.
  • Technical Leadership: Act as a senior technical resource, writing clean, scalable code and participating in code reviews to ensure best practices.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, debug complex issues, and optimize application performance for high-volume contact center environments.
  • Agile Delivery: Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and other engineers to meet strict project deadlines.
     

Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Developer with strong backend or full-stack software engineering experience.
  • Work Authorization: Must be a US Resident (US Citizen or Permanent Resident/Green Card holder).
  • Clearance: Must be eligible for a Public Trust clearance. (Note: Candidates are permitted to start working on the project while the Public Trust clearance is actively being processed).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working on Federal or Government projects (such as the Small Business Administration).
  • Experience with contact center technologies, IVR systems, CRM integrations (like Salesforce), or cloud-based communication platforms.
