Our client is seeking a Senior SAP Payroll Analyst for a long term remote contract to provide technical and production support for legislative and mandatory payroll requirements. The SAP Payroll module supports approximately 23,000 employees across multiple unions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, build, and test SAP Payroll (ECC 6.0) for legislative/mandatory requirements

  • Provide production support across SAP Payroll and related modules

  • Configure payroll components including pay journals, pay rules, and schemas

  • Support end-to-end payroll processing including integration points and GL postings

  • Apply and test SAP Support Packs, including year-end payroll updates

  • Configure and support Time Management rules and schemas (work schedules, absences, attendances, quotas)

  • Support production and balancing of T4 and T4A

  • Work within a multi-union environment

Required Experience

  • 10+ years SAP production support experience

  • 10+ years SAP ECC 6.0 experience

  • 10+ years SAP Payroll configuration experience

  • 10+ years SAP Time Management configuration experience

  • 5+ years applying/testing SAP Support Packs (including year-end payroll changes)

  • 5+ years working in a multi-union environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting Fiori Pay and Time applications

  • Experience supporting Workforce Solutions
