Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst – Windows Systems Administrator to support Data Center Operations. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing enterprise Windows server environments, infrastructure, and hardware systems in a highly technical environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 3/4 support for Windows server infrastructure and enterprise systems
  • Design, implement, and maintain server, storage, and hardware standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware/software issues
  • Perform problem management with vendors and suppliers
  • Support end users and internal teams through issue analysis and resolution
  • Research and recommend new technologies (OS, SAN, hardware)
  • Implement system enhancements and continuous improvements
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Architecture teams on best practices
  • Act as a technical SME within the organization
  • Assist with planning, coordination, and knowledge sharing across teams

Required Experience:

  • Strong experience in Windows Server Administration (enterprise environments)
  • Expertise in server hardware, storage (SAN), and infrastructure support
  • Experience providing L3/L4 technical support
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
  • Experience working with vendors and managing escalations
  • Strong understanding of systems integration and enterprise environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in data center operations environments
  • Exposure to ITIL processes (incident/problem/change management)
  • Experience in public sector or healthcare environments

Work Model:

  • Remote with occasional travel required
  • Equipment provided
