Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst – Windows Systems Administrator to support Data Center Operations. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing enterprise Windows server environments, infrastructure, and hardware systems in a highly technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 3/4 support for Windows server infrastructure and enterprise systems
- Design, implement, and maintain server, storage, and hardware standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware/software issues
- Perform problem management with vendors and suppliers
- Support end users and internal teams through issue analysis and resolution
- Research and recommend new technologies (OS, SAN, hardware)
- Implement system enhancements and continuous improvements
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Architecture teams on best practices
- Act as a technical SME within the organization
- Assist with planning, coordination, and knowledge sharing across teams
Required Experience:
- Strong experience in Windows Server Administration (enterprise environments)
- Expertise in server hardware, storage (SAN), and infrastructure support
- Experience providing L3/L4 technical support
- Proven troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Experience working with vendors and managing escalations
- Strong understanding of systems integration and enterprise environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in data center operations environments
- Exposure to ITIL processes (incident/problem/change management)
- Experience in public sector or healthcare environments
Work Model:
- Remote with occasional travel required
