We are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Consultant (Manager level) to support the implementation of a ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solution for a large enterprise client.
This role will focus on delivering an out-of-the-box (OOTB) aligned implementation, while supporting integrations with PeopleSoft HCM and guiding business process alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders
- Guide client teams on aligning processes to OOTB ServiceNow HRSD capabilities
- Groom and validate user stories
- Support test case development and UAT activities
- Collaborate with technical teams on integration with PeopleSoft HCM
- Provide functional expertise and best practices throughout the implementation lifecycle
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically HRSD
- Experience leading or supporting HRSD implementations
- Proven ability to run workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Experience with Agile delivery (user stories, backlog grooming, UAT support)
- Knowledge of system integrations, particularly with PeopleSoft HCM
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
Nice to Have
- Previous consulting experience at the Manager level
- Experience in large enterprise or transformation programs
