We are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Consultant (Manager level) to support the implementation of a ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solution for a large enterprise client.

This role will focus on delivering an out-of-the-box (OOTB) aligned implementation, while supporting integrations with PeopleSoft HCM and guiding business process alignment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD
  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders
  • Guide client teams on aligning processes to OOTB ServiceNow HRSD capabilities
  • Groom and validate user stories
  • Support test case development and UAT activities
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integration with PeopleSoft HCM
  • Provide functional expertise and best practices throughout the implementation lifecycle

Required Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically HRSD
  • Experience leading or supporting HRSD implementations
  • Proven ability to run workshops and stakeholder sessions
  • Experience with Agile delivery (user stories, backlog grooming, UAT support)
  • Knowledge of system integrations, particularly with PeopleSoft HCM
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills

Nice to Have

  • Previous consulting experience at the Manager level
  • Experience in large enterprise or transformation programs
