Myticas Consulting is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Advisor to support a major enterprise Service Management initiative for our client in the financial services sector. This REMOTE role will focus on ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro), Business Continuity Management (BCM), technical solution design, roadmap development, and providing technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management feasibility assessments and develop implementation roadmaps.
  • Perform ServiceNow SAM Pro feasibility assessments and recommend solution approaches.
  • Lead business process redesign workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications.
  • Develop technical project plans, milestones, and implementation schedules.
  • Create and manage ServiceNow epics, user stories, and technical documentation.
  • Design and configure ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the design, development, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide implementation guidance.
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with development, support, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree or College diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of recent experience serving as a Technical Lead on ServiceNow implementations.
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience delivering ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) projects.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and administering the ServiceNow SAM Pro module.
  • Experience designing ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.
  • Experience supporting the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, and operational transition.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management modules.
  • Experience facilitating business process redesign workshops.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience prioritizing multiple initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.
