Solution Architect – Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360)

Location: Remote (U.S.)
Contract: 600 Hours
Rate: $65-80/hour 

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) to join a high-impact enterprise implementation. The ideal candidate will lead the design and architecture of scalable customer data solutions, enabling unified customer insights, seamless integrations, and enterprise-grade data governance.

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, data modeling, identity resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Develop enterprise data models, field mappings, identity resolution strategies, and data processing workflows.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise applications using industry best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure solution designs meet performance, scalability, security, and governance standards.
• Provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle and recommend best practices for data management and customer data platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect implementing Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions.
• Strong expertise in customer data platforms, enterprise data architecture, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with identity resolution, data ingestion, data mapping, segmentation, and activation.
• Experience designing and implementing complex system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting technical solutions to business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications

Candidates should possess one or more of the following Salesforce certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Data Architect
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architect
