• Lead full lifecycle recruitment activities including intake alignment, sourcing, evaluation, offer negotiation, and successful onboarding of talent.
• Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand evolving workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
• Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders by providing insights on talent availability, market dynamics, and competitive hiring practices.
• Build strong collaborative relationships across HR, People Operations, and business teams to support workforce planning initiatives.
• Guide hiring managers through structured candidate evaluation processes to ensure consistent and unbiased hiring decisions.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for both high-volume and niche technical or professional roles.
• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines through networks, referrals, sourcing platforms, and industry channels.
• Coordinate and manage interview logistics, candidate communications, and hiring team feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Leverage applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies to manage candidate workflows and ensure data integrity.
• Introduce process improvements and new tools to enhance recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and support longer-term talent planning initiatives.
• Track recruitment metrics and generate insights related to hiring performance, pipeline health, and process effectiveness.
• Ensure recruitment practices align with applicable employment legislation, internal policies, and risk mitigation standards.
• Represent the organization professionally in all candidate interactions while delivering a positive and engaging recruitment experience.
• Maintain awareness of emerging recruitment technologies, including automation and AI-enabled tools, to modernize sourcing and hiring practices.
