Pay range: $20/hr to $22/hr W2

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a customer support or technical support environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across computer, browser, and network issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities
  • Ability to follow up persistently until issues are resolved
  • Familiarity with support tools like Salesforce is a plus
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule as needed

Nice to Have:

  • Experience providing training or onboarding for new employees
  • Knowledge of various products, systems, or platforms related to support environments
  • Experience with product or system testing and review
  • Additional technical certifications or degrees in MIS or Information Technology

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field OR
  • High School diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience in a support role
