What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in a customer support or technical support environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across computer, browser, and network issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities
- Ability to follow up persistently until issues are resolved
- Familiarity with support tools like Salesforce is a plus
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule as needed
Nice to Have:
- Experience providing training or onboarding for new employees
- Knowledge of various products, systems, or platforms related to support environments
- Experience with product or system testing and review
- Additional technical certifications or degrees in MIS or Information Technology
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field OR
- High School diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience in a support role
