Myticas's direct client is seeking Marketing Specialist – 100% Remote, Part Time – 24 hours per week (flexible working hours, but must work within EST business working hours – Tue/Wed/Thu ideally)/
Description:
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional B2B marketing experience and a proven track record in implementing and creating successful marketing campaigns.
- This role is crucial in supporting multi-channel campaigns that generate leads, incease pand awareness, and support our sales team through innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
- The scope of the role is poad and touches on multiple aspects of marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Associate Marketing Director across multiple projects and channels to drive success across multiple priority initiatives.
- Support and manage marketing campaigns that promote our products and services.
- Assist in generating leads through various marketing campaigns and channels.
- Increase pand awareness by implementing compelling content and engaging with our target audience through multiple channels.
- Collaborate with sales and other functions as relevant with on-going campaigns and campaign optimizations.
- Design/support design of marketing materials as needed, including pochures, emails, social media posts, PowerPoints, and advertisements.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting as needed.
Requirements (years of experience, educational background, technical skills, etc.):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience
- Compliance or Professional services is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization.
- Excellent design skills and proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent proficiency marketing automation tools (Eloqua) for creating landing pages, etc.
- Proven experience in creating, supporting, and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Ability to draft marketing messaging/emails as needed with support of SMEs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
