- Network and Compute Systems configuration skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and time management skills.
- Experience in daily operational tasks that would include hands-on troubleshooting and configuration, in a secure high-availability environment;
- Experience with network management tools such as Sniffers, Netcat, Ethereal, SolarWinds;
- Experience with industry standard monitoring tools;
- Strong knowledge and configuration experience with networking features and protocols such as spanning tree, ARP, CDP, VTP, Etherchannel, 802.1Q trunking, HSRP, multicast, 802.11, IPsec, RADIUS/TACACS+, SNMP, dial-up services, and caching services;
- Knowledge of Wireless networking, IP routing, Internet and networking technologies, NAT, routing protocols, and network security, Firewalls, Proxies and VPN;
- CCNP-Wireless, CCNP-Networking, ITIL-ST, CAMP certifications;
- ITIL Service Operations (ITIL-SO) certification;
