Myticas Consulting's Vancouver based client in the mining industry is looking for a Senior SAP Plant Maintenance Lead for a long-term remote contract – must work in Pacific standard time hours.
Experience/Requirements:
- Strong and reliable PTM Functional Lead with Mining industry experience that is able to drive design workshops, configuration, KT, Playbacks, SITs, UAT and push for the standard best practices
- Able to manage BPO/SME expectations and be able to become a trusted advisor for a client who had bad experiences in past implementations ( with other S.I. and EY)
- Strong communication skills, Teamwork and leadership and willing to follow and reinforce as Functional Lead the PMO processes and procedures with colleagues from the different teams
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with an agile approach during the build phase and able to follow project management best practices and EY methodology

- This project is an SAP RISE S/4HANA 2023 Green Field Implementation, Template based with strong collaboration with GDS project team members, CT Team, and Canada team members.
- The client is located in Vancouver, with SMEs in Peru, and the project time zone PST
- This client has a multiyear roadmap and is critical that we have a first SAP S/4HANA successful implementation for 1 single mine.
