Senior Bilingual Project Manager

Responsibilities & Qualifications include:

  • Bilingual – Fluent in French and English.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Assist in the creation of SOWs outlining the full project implementation blueprint.
  • Coordinate and manage large scale, enterprise level, professional services delivery projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including task schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Manage project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams involved in project delivery, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
  • Provide input and recommendations in project scoping, feasibility assessments, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource utilization to achieve financial targets.
  • Manage project change control with the Customer and issue Change Requests as needed.
  • Foster and strengthen client relationships through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Actively participate in critical initiatives impacting change within the organization, driving project success, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Enhance internal project management delivery processes.
  • Coach and train junior project managers.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project managing implementations, preferably in the Workforce Management space.
  • At least 5 years of experience within a Consulting organization working directly on external Customer projects.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, particularly working closely with high-touch IT customers undergoing transformation projects within enterprise companies.
  • IT project experience as a consultant implementing software.
  • Ability and fearlessness to work in an environment where the implementation processes and methodologies are flexible and adapted to the Customer and situation.
  • Strong ability to align with the customer’s vision and adjust project timelines accordingly, while maintaining core milestone and deliverable due dates.
  • Experience collaborating with Customer’s low to mid-level project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Proficiency in both waterfall and agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt and utilize the most appropriate approach for each project.
  • Self-sufficiency, autonomy, and proactive initiative to drive project success toward committed objectives.
  • Ability to effectively inspire and drive the project team towards achieving the objectives within the specified time constraints.
  • Demonstrating patience and fostering a positive attitude while providing support to the technical team during the process implementation.
  • Proficiency and adaptability in working within a dynamic environment characterized by cutting-edge technology, requiring the simultaneous acquisition of IT knowledge alongside consultants.
  • Creative and critical thinking skills, capable of exploring innovative solutions and suggesting alternate approaches when necessary.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management principles, including scope management, resource allocation, quality assurance, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Exceptional client and account management abilities, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and support complex projects, ensuring smooth coordination and successful outcomes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Experience as Team Lead or Functional Lead
  • Scrum Certification
  • Experience writing Statements of Work and/or business proposals.
