Job Description:
- Provide resolutions for escalated help desk service requests.
- Administer Microsoft environments, including updates, patching, and managing access control/authorization for both on-premise and cloud (M365) environments.
- Perform upgrades of Windows-based applications on Microsoft servers and workstations.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages, providing solutions for problems impacting workstations, servers, communication servers, and related systems.
- Monitor system performance and security by maintaining systems in compliance with guideline requirements.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal team documentation.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of hybrid Microsoft environments (on-premise and cloud) would be beneficial but is not required, as we are still working through our M365 cloud migrations.
